“Best thing I liked about is they are not money minded. They value your money. I went to fix my old laptop's improper shut down issue, which required motherboard to be replaced. It would have cost me 4200 bucks and any service centre would have tried to 'grab'the opportunity. But their recommendation was not to do this as the laptop is old enough and no need to worry about improper shutdown as it can be fixed by killing and starting again (workaround)”
