“BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Known as SKCG (Sri Krishan Construction Group or Karavalli Constructions - don't confuse with Sri Krishna Constructions), run by Proprietor- Mahesh is a total SCAM and FRAUD. Short bad english positive reviews and Long detailed negative reviews tell you that you should really trust the negative reviews People who are scammed write in detail. I unfortunately was scammed by Mahesh and company. Mahesh came across as a very knowledgeable man. He poses as a civil engineer. Speaking to him, one gets the confidence of talking to an experienced person. However, don't get fooled like me. I unfortunately made the mistake of not reading the negative reviews of Mahesh and his company before making an advance payment of 30k for a full room renovation where he quoted me a competitive quote of 4.2Lakhs. Little did I know it was to scam me. His employee Arun chased me for an additional 20k advance, but when I found out about the negative reviews, I refused to pay the balance and confronted Mahesh. He acted innocent and suggested all the reviews were fake. I wanted to believe him as I had already paid my money. Since I wanted to test the reviews and also had no option given Mahesh's reputation of a scamster, I asked him to complete a sub-set of the work as a sample test (which is installing a kitchen sink in a utility area) to test his reputation. Since the rate Mahesh quoted was competitive, I wanted to believe Mahesh was genuine. However, Mahesh quoted 35k for the sink work something which would cost only Rs 15k. He did not care about fixing his reputation. But I was trying to salvage my money so I said Yes with the agreement that Mahesh would install all premium material. Taps, Granite, Sink and plumbing. But I was naïve. Mahesh knew only to cheat. The material and worksmanship both were very sub-substandard. The quality of the material and the work was so bad that I had to discontinue the work. I then had to break everything the Mahesh and his people had built and employ a different contractor for the work. Even work like installing a simple piece of granite which should have taken just 2 days, took 2 weeks of chasing Mahesh and his tram. To add... hearing the lies and drama of Mahesh and his Mason (Selvam) is a new level of mental torture. To make matters worse, Mahesh fitted a 20mm granite instead of a 30mm I paid for saying that the 30mm broke in his factory (which is a lie). He then put a 1,200 Rs low quality sink while I had paid for a 6k high quality sink. For all this too Mahesh was unapologetic. To add to the misery of the experience, Mahesh created drama throwing the blame on his workers and aids (mason - Selvam) for the delay. The scam is to such as extent that he projects being tech savvy. He communicates regularly on whatsapp, shows pictures of Premium material saying thats what he will deliver but then cheat by delivering sub-standard material. I have proof of the entire communication. Mahesh creates drama by throwing the blame on his workers who inturn say that they follow Mahesh's orders. His mason Selvam creates a drama and told me his boss (Mahesh) does not pay him on time and used it as an excuse of delaying the work. Delay after delay. Lies after lies, there was so much lies and drama that is cooked up that you don't know what is happening. After begging Mahesh to atleast deliver the granite and sink which he did after 2 weeks of chasing, his aid Selvam threatened to stop fixing the material saying his boss does not pay him. Mahesh asked me to make the payment. When I expressed my frustration, Selvam threatened to stop work. The experience was nothing short of mental torture. I realized the Mahesh, his company and his people were all scamters and stopped all the work and demanded refund knowing fully well the likelihood of that happening. Since the work by his workers was faulty, I had to break the whole thing. Mahesh promised a refund for the left over work but kept delaying for an entire month despite me chasing all the time and finally DID NOT GIVE ANYTHING. It was my mistake to give people a chance to be good human beings. I infact calculated the amount of refund as Rs 16.5k even taking into account Mahesh's consultation charges which I had no use off. But Mahesh had no regard for fixing his reputation. Infact, after getting cheated by Mahesh, I contacted people who wrote negative reviews and confirmed that many have had the same experience. Mahesh has a track record of taking advance, using 3rd class material and doing shoddy and leaving work unfinished after he gets advance payment. His own labour (Selvam) told me that he has a track record of taking advance and not completing the work. Home triangle needs to take responsibility for promoting scamsters like Sri Krishan Constructions. (they should do their due diligence and correct the name first). It's only because of Hometriangle, I and many have been scammed”

“Choosing this company seems to be a mistake for bathroom renovation project. Started the project well, took initial payments for material and works, and left in between. No one is picking up calls or answering to the whatsapp messages. Curious to know if there is a way to contact someone from Sri Krishna Construction and if Home Triangle can help. 2 of my bathrooms have been in unusable condition since they started exactly a month ago. ”
