“Initial discussion was clear and good with both agreed to the work and the amount. Positive: Good work done on the painting side. Could not close monitor due to personal issues. Not much supervision required. Negatives: Continously bragging on the amount fixed for the painting job. Work is still pending on the last leg of painting job. Even though paid little amount extra contractor still expecting extra money. Be clear with painting details wardrobe and one side of wall was not painting on the side argument it was not mentioned in our discussion. Agreement was for full house painting. ”
