1“I always do it through urban company, but this time thought of trying a new vendor. It was total waste. Service is just okay… incomplete service. Did not do sofa cushions and demanded extra money for them. Service is just okay, not as good as urban company. Did not even do dry sofa cleaning beneath the sofa. Pathetic”
