“Not much encouraging. The mechanic was under the impression that we do know about AC servicing. He was not ready to clean indoor unit thoroughly. Only after we insisting, he dis-assembled the unit and cleaned it. I was under impression that the mechanic will use Jet Water for cleaning. But it was not so. After inquiry, he told me that internal delicate parts of the AC get damaged when Jet Cleaning is done. Really ridiculous. Like Urban Company, you should also indicate service charges. May they be tentative. Please ponder. ”
