3“While the work started on a good foot, things declined very rapidly. After we had made 75% of the original agreed payment, we were told there was a ‘calculation error’ and the cost was increased by 20%. Work was not on time, poorly executed and largely unsupervised. We had to constantly followup, supervise and make repeated requests for correction and rectification of delivered work. Overall the experience was average at best.”
