“don't go for cleaning service from this agency. they have team which is extremely unprofessional and arrogant. they did not clean our house properly and simply wasted our 1 day. they sent 2 girls and 1 elderly woman for cleaning who was not able to do proper cleaning work. one of girls was constantly on phone and doing timepass throughout the day. i am really disappointed by their service. ”

“NEVER BOOK THIS SERVICE!!! This was the worst deep house cleaning experience I have had in 10 years. The cleaners were highly inexperienced and left around a quarter of the work undone. Below was the work done in detail: 1. While cleaning wooden cabinets, they soaked cloth in water and rinsed the entire top of the cabinet with it which lead water to fill on the top and the wood is now swollen. 2. While cleaning bathrooms, they left the fixtures (taps, flush metal, shower nozel, etc.) as it is. They did not even touch geysers. 3. Switch board in any room was left untouched. The cobwebs in some rooms ( where we did not see) were left as it is. 4. No furniture was moved to clean the floor. We have to see each corner 10 times before it was cleaned. 5. Curtains were not touched even though in there package they say they clean the curtains, sofa, etc. The worst part is, there was no coordination between the cleaners. Upon catching dirt in the room, when I ask one cleaner, he blames another one and then started fighting right there. I will never recommend this service to you. This is a waste of money and time because at the end, you will be left taking care of half the cleaning anyway. ”
