“Absolute disaster. I got fooled by reviews and hired this guy Shankar. After checking the pics and videos on whatsapp, he quoted 6k for my balcony tiling work but changed the quote after starting the work. I didn't want to change vendor in between so continued with him and that was my biggest mistake. He would come up with some reason or the other everyday and charged me 13.3k for the same work (that's like more than 100% increase). And after charging so much, he did not even get the sloping right. He kept a higher incline on the water outlet side and kept it down the other end. As a result, water just stagnates on my floor. This is minimum common sense and I can't believe how someone can deliver such shoddy work. When I called him to let him know this, he said I could complain to HomeTriangle. Am still looking for help to fix this, I hope home triangle takes some responsibility and help me.”
