Very Nice Team

Absolute disaster. I got fooled by reviews and hired this guy Shankar. After checking the pics and videos on whatsapp, he quoted 6k for my balcony tiling work but changed the quote after starting the work. I didn't want to change vendor in between so continued with him and that was my biggest mistake. He would come up with some reason or the other everyday and charged me 13.3k for the same work (that's like more than 100% increase). And after charging so much, he did not even get the sloping right. He kept a higher incline on the water outlet side and kept it down the other end. As a result, water just stagnates on my floor. This is minimum common sense and I can't believe how someone can deliver such shoddy work. When I called him to let him know this, he said I could complain to HomeTriangle. Am still looking for help to fix this, I hope home triangle takes some responsibility and help me.

Sai Building Work's is great to work with and is very professional. He did our bathroom and kitchen remodel and we couldn't be happier. The best part was that he kept the job site very clean, communicated with us frequently and when there was an issue or concern, he came right over to discuss it and resolve our worries. We enjoyed having all of his workers in our house everyday, and were actually a little sad when they were done!

His work is always excellent. He communicates well, and he stays at a job until it is finished. He does not cut corners. Any advice or suggestions he has given me has always been spot on. He takes the time to clean up thoroughly each day. He does very big jobs, but if I have work for him, even if it is a relatively small job, he always fits me in to his busy schedule. He is a man of integrity, and he takes great pride in doing quality work. I strongly recommend his work.
