“The repair guy told that the heating element broke and it would cost 1600 Rs plus 400 service charges which is 2000 total. I gave him the geyser but got a call later from Venus service center mentioning heating element price as 850 and 350 service charges I took back geyser from the guy earlier and when the Venus person visited my place, it was just a switch / plug burn issue which should have costed me 400 for plug plus 359 service charge which is 750 but my heating coil was damaged by the person who came earlier. The geyser can be repaired when it’s on hinges itself but this guy removed it and damaged the heating element which was perfectly alright Home triangle should stop onboarding such fraud agencies ”
