The owner vijay pawar had poor communication and negotiation skills, he was not respectful (literally used offensive language) and was very loud for no reasons. He was also very pushy about his sales and wanted me to buy more of his services. The 2 workers were hardworking did a good job, but lacked the right resources like didn't had anything right to clean glasses (in the rooms) , they were just using paper to rub the glasses.
