“****(Just to let you all know....I have proof to back what I have stated below)**** First of all, pathetic servicer by HomeTriangle. They are out to just take your money with NO accountability. If you want to put your life at risk by someone who REFUSES to wear a mask in covid times and then to top it all he would not even step out of the house, then go ahead and take his service, waste your money. Your BAI would do a 100 times better job than him, he will send workers without proper equipment and poor chaps seem to fear this bully. We requested for deep cleaning, and what we go in return was a goon who does not know how to speak to his customer or do his job. And top it all would put your life in danger by not wearing egven a mask ”

“Hi Team, I would like to share my personal experience with this service company named “Pranav Facility Management Pvt. Ltd.” I have contacted them through your portal last month and opted for their deep house cleaning services at my newly renovated 2 BHK flat. Overall experience was very bad as the team was highly unprofessional in their work. Apart from the services provided, their higher management persons are very rude and unprofessional when it comes to communication with the end customer and their feedback in terms of services and payment. I will strongly recommend avoiding these local services basis online reviews and false promises they assure before the services and opt for professional services such as Urban company, Livspace, etc.”

“The owner vijay pawar had poor communication and negotiation skills, he was not respectful (literally used offensive language) and was very loud for no reasons. He was also very pushy about his sales and wanted me to buy more of his services. The 2 workers were hardworking did a good job, but lacked the right resources like didn't had anything right to clean glasses (in the rooms) , they were just using paper to rub the glasses. ”
