“My kitchen wall was spoiled with stains while cleaning. instead of dry clean the person did a wet clean inspite of telling that the wall paint is not washable . Although the staff tried a lot to clean it but no use. now i have to repaint it. I went in loss as i have to do unplanned work which is extra cost for me. When I asked the owner of the service provider she said she has no idea about whatever happened and how my loss will be repaid inspite of sending her the pics and also the staff accepted their fault but she just wants the full payment and also she did not talk to me or received my call. she was just chatting with me for money. This was very unprofessional behaviour. ”
