Our A/C was running poorly, we procrastinated. He approached us in a friendly manner, did some testing, and diagnosed the problem quickly. More importantly, he FIXED it. This guy doesn't waste your time. Efficient, customer-service oriented, keeps things simple. We were done in less than 45 min. May not always be that fast for other customers, but you're getting serviced the right way.
