“Technician had visited my flat for refill of gas as cooling was very low. He told that the valve in ODU was leaking and had to be replaced. He did it with the help of one more technician. He was doing brazing and did some reinstallation to ease the maintenance service in future also. But after working for 2-3 hrs, they informed that cooling was not happening due to some fault in Condenser and fan. I was totally annoyed and asked them to leave the site as my assessment was that AC was in working condition and there must have been some goof up in working that it stopped working. I also told to the office (Contact Mr. Syed) that work was totally not done and should set my AC in working condition without any loss to me except for the gas filling. I complained also reg the competence of Technician (Rizvi). Infact I called technical team of another company to assess the condition and they informed that the capacitor had burnt due to wrong wiring by the team. the power supply was also gone off as the circuit was getting short. I am really surprised that there is no reply from the team. Atleast Mr. Syed should take up what his team had goofed up. On the contrary, earlier he was asking for the payment of gas filling and some shoddy pipe work. Expert team told that there was no gas as pipe was having leakages. the work is totally unprofessional. I think they posted some inexperienced technician. ”
