“I was looking for pest control service yesterday and landed up on Home triangle. Did some enquiry and requested quotes from a few listed companies here. Got in touch with a guy named Saurab from Kruy Home Care Pvt. Ltd. Told him will confirm the timing for Sunday. Requested the service for 2pm. The guy called Balraj Kumar showed up around 1220hrs. The moment he entered I requested for the contract to look over and also the bill for the payment, he said it will be shared after the service. He barely took 7-8minutes for our 2BHK flat. Then him and Saurav started saying we are unable to share the bill due to server issues. They shared multiple fake invoices over a span of 3hours. I told them if the server is down, make a hard copy bill and send the image of the same, he didn't. Balraj insisted on staying till the payment was made. Meanwhile, Saurav stopped answering his phone. I told him please leave and we will make the payment once the bill is received. After long arguments they kept sharing fake invoices. I told them give me your company address I will make the payment in person tomorrow, i.e., Monday, Saurav started threatening me with how I am cheating a poor out of his money and how they will create a ruckus in our society and how his brother is in intelligence department. I was polite throughout the conversation and kept requesting that he share the correct invoice as well the company address for me to make the offline payment. It went in and Balraj came and kept ringing our door bell. Saurav told me to pay 800 and threatened me. I read the review of Dhruv and it was exactly the same scenario with me. THIS WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR AND I REQUEST HOME TRIANGLE TEAM TO LOOK INTO IT IMMEDIATELY. THEIR GST IS CANCELLED SUO-MOTO. Kindly help me file a complaint against the poor service. ”

“Ok so this guy calls me at 2:50 am requesting me to book his service his name is rahul yadav. After a lot of insisting and spoiling my sleep i said yes. The next day he sends his person Balraj kumar he did the work he didnt seem professional but he sprayed the bed bug medi and went within 30 min The same night i see bedbugs and they were biting me as hell. I called rahul and balraj they weren’t answering and was giving me the jazz that the bugs would go in 5-10 days. I was thinking how could this be possible. I called the home triangle team and ramya who was the best couldnt help me at all because that rahul yadav framed me by creating a fake whatsapp profile of my name and showing that i started abusing him and he stated that he sent one guy and ive beaten him up outside my society building I was like yeah these type of guys do such shit to earn money. I would say dont go for these people as they are fraud and youll waste your money. I spent around 2.4k for the service and ive got no results. Ive done a police complaint and shortly will do a cyber crime in terms of fraud.”

“Very pathetic service the entire pest control was done in just 15 min and after few hours of pest control I could still see bedbugs and insects. However the employee took full payment for next 2 service also and now the company is no taking any responsibility also not able to contact them no one is picking up the call or responding to call and disconnected the call in middle of conversation without listening to the complaints and not bothering about it i do not suggest this company for any service.”
