“Dear Sir, We took the service for refilling AC gas with 6 months warranty on April 20, 2022, through - Home triangle: Request ID #2361246 for AC Gas Refill or Topup created. Team Kamar Royal Air Conditioning. Our AC is not more giving cooling. The best known reason is AC gas no more. We tried to talk to Mr. Riyajul Shadab (+91 75795 63627), but he is no more attending phone calls. Bill was shared with him as he told us. Thereafter, he doesn't attend phone calls anymore. Kindly look into it and do the needful. My message dated July 5, 2022, which was sent to Mr. Riyajul Shadab is attached below for your reference: Dear Mr. Riyajul Shadab, It is to bring to your kind notice that on *April 20, 2022, we refilled AC Gas by your team with a warranty of 6 months. Since yesterday, our AC is not more giving cooling.* Therefore, we request you to look into it and take necessary action at the earliest.
