“The house cleaning service provided by Helix was not upto the mark.Firstly the team was of 3 members.Few hours later the 4th member joined the cleaning service.They cleaned the exterior of the kitchen,rooms and halls neatly.Also the washrooms were cleaned nicely.But they didn't put much effort for the interiors, cabinets and furnitures.One can't check thoroughly the whole house just after service completion,so these details were visible while arranging the house.The assurance for efficient cleaning(covering minute dirt) was given by Mr Gautam, even though the end result was not satisfactory.”
