They're highly reliable and communicative. If there are any issues, just talk to them and work it out. No more waiting 2-3 hours for cleaners and never knowing when they'll show up or settling for a less than spotless house. It's great to have to have the same team every time so I don't have to constantly remind new ones "no shoes in the house", etc.
