1“Very sloppy work. AC not properly installed. Outdoor unit pipes are obstructing the window doors. Indoor unit is tilted and water started dripping on the very first day of installation. When called to come back and fix it they took nearly 4 weeks time to fix it that to after threatening them with legal proceedings. They have charged a whopping 10 thousand to install the ac. They said piping needs to be replaced, wiring needs to be replaced, gas needs to be refilled but finally they just took the money and did a novice job. After fixing the issue and after successful installation within one month the entire gas got leaked which is due to incorrect fixing of pipes. The authorised Hitachi technician mentioned that the previous work is very poor. If you want to save your money, please don't consider these people.”

2“Employed their service on 17th for installation of split AC. Though a minor job, they took an entire day, and even the work was sloppy, and not as instructed. They even took away the old copper tube that they are supposed to hand over, which apparently was in a good condition. I have asked for the bill for the new copper tube and the 3-core wire, which was never submitted. No response so far from the business owner, Akram, and I am still awaiting resolution from the Home Triangle team.”
