Have get 2 bathroom , 1 terrace, Dry balcony renovation in month of Apr 2021, Only plus point was services were delivered in very short time and fast manner. but lots of issues now i can see after 5 months 1. Both the bathroom have heavy cement strains which still visible after multiple treatment, Ppl who came for fixing didn't even bother clean it properly. 2. Both the bathroom got Granite border fixed for door fixing and contractor left almost 5-8 mm gaps between tiles and border which causing space for lizards/insects. I had to call another contractor to fill this gap. 3. While cement which was used for filling the gap in bathroom tiles, already came out and it require another round of re-filling. 4. Terrace slop is very bad, and to avoid any change of leakage i had to put sheet shades on terrace. Looks like contractor even didnt use slightest base to measure slope. 5. Plumber was so much in hurry all the times that he left many snags: a. Taps are not properly aligned. b. Hot water, cold water taps fitted in quite confusing way, at washbasin left side is cold tap, right side is hot tap, and in same bathroom in main tap.. left side id hot tap and right side is cold tap. c. had to get leakages and blockage in pipe cleared calling other plumber. in short very very bad experience.
