“I called in the morning and booked them, I informed them that I will not contact another AC service . He agreed and came at 3:30, just got information and saw the compressor and said gas need to be refilled. I asked them to re-fill it ,they said it will take 2 hours, now they can’t because he has another appointment, I didn’t understand then why I booked him and waiting from the morning. To come and say this is the problem and but I can’t do it now, they got 200 rupees from me. I’m ready to pay for their service, but they don’t consider this booking as a commitment. Total rubbish .
