“I have contacted this person from home triangle when I have submitted a request for a quote in the night. I got a call from him on the next morning. He also came on time for checking the work and given a quotation. He told me material cost would be 4000 and labour cost would be 3000 which involves 2 persons working for a day. He also told me that he will provide bill for materials and not reduced price n suggested to collate all carpentry works in the home. He came to work on the day he agreed. I have told him three more small carpentry works apart from initially agreed work. Majority of the agreed work was carried out by another person who came along with him. This guy hardly worked for 3 hours and behaved as if he was doing additional work for free. He demanded additional 1000 rupees along with the material cost of 1400 for the additional work. I gave him 2000 after the negotiation. Quality of work was average. They have started work at 10:00 a.m. and wrapped up the work by 4:00 p.m on 20th May. door stopper was broken within 1 hour. He did not replace it till date. He did not put holes for the tower bolts. He did not come till date to complete this pending work. He did a patch work for the main entrance wood work. He did not provided material bill till today along with the warranty card. He lifts my call whenever I call him and keep saying he will come and finished the pending works and provide bills.”
